SHIPPING POLICY
Qi Xi Soap Studio shipping policy is for Puerto Rico and United States only. Customer will pay the rates depending on the weight of the package and/or flat rates available. Shipments can take from one to four weeks approximately to reach their destination. Our Skincare Cosmetics Store is located in Puerto Rico it usually takes one week for shipment.

* All purchase is final, there is no money refund.
* Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, Qi Xi Soap Studio will not accept returns since our products are hygienic.
